SUMMARY:FLOCK Closing Celebration | Bird Puppet Parade
DESCRIPTION:Bird Puppet Parade!\n\nLet’s celebrate how it feels to be a part of a flock.  \nAt this completely FREE event on Wed\, July 1\, from 6-9 pm\, we’ll be blocking off the street to parade in celebration of our flock with bird puppets\, flags\, and banners all made by community members with artist Hattie Grimm. Wear BLUE to the parade!! \nEvent Schedule: \n️6-7 PM: explore the gallery show\, bird puppet making\, bird face painting\, sidewalk chalk\, window painting\, free Schlitz Audubon passes\, treats from Maria’s Cafe\, and more! \n️7-8 PM: dance performances from Panadanza and Tamarind start at 7:15 sharp! Then we’ll parade in the street with live music from Samba Da Vida\, a flock of bird puppets\, twirlers\, flags\, and banners \n️8 – 9 PM: Enjoy the music\, art\, food\, and community until the sun goes down 🙂 \nLet’s celebrate together. It’s us with wings!
